Penis Exercises – Jelqing
TODAY WE ARE TALKING ABOUT JELQING penis exercises for increasing both girth and length. All you guys who don’t wonder anymore does penis size matter should read this. If you are still undecided on question „Is size important?“, be sure to read previous articles before you continue with this one.
Jelq exercises are maybe the MOST POPULAR ones. It can give you an increase in your penis size by couple of inches (it varies from individual to individual). So, how does the Jelq work? Well guys, it basically works by forcibly pushing an increased amount of blood into the spongy tissue of penis. And by continually repeating this technique, penis tissue will stretch to become larger. Now, before we reveal you how to do the jelq properly, there are some things you need to know. Although there are both „dry“ and „wet“ jelqing, we strongly advise you to do the wet one. AT LEAST in the beginning. You can use water, water-based lubricants, but maybe it’s best to use oil-based lubricants (such as baby oil).
The other thing is finding the right erection when doing this exercise. You shouldn’t jelq too erect, because you might injure yourself, and you don’t want that. You also shouldn’t jelq with small one or without an erection, because the exercises then won’t have no effect. You should start with an about 75% erection, and during time learn what is the right erection for you.
And, at last, do this exercise PROPERLY. No experiments. This exercise is perfectly safe and result-giving, if you do it correctly. Of course, you don’t want to stop wondering „does the size matter“, and start wondering „ does my penis look weird“, right? Now, here is what you should do when doing the jelq:
Warm up. We explained it how in previous article.
Lubricate your penis, and get it into an around 75% erect state.
Apply a moderate grip on your penis. Your hand should look like when you are giving an OK sign with it (your thumb and pointer finger are pressed together). Place the grip as close as possible to pubic bone.
Apply pressure to the grip and slowly move it up the penis. You shouldn’t feel pain at any time, but also ensure that the grip is strong enough.
Stop the grip just before you reach your glans (you don’t jelq your glans). Spend around two to three seconds to each jelq.
In your first week, don’t jelq more than 10 minutes in time. Gradually increase that time to 20 minutes. And even to 30 minutes after a couple of weeks.

Penis Exercises – Dry Milking
OK GUYS, TODAY I’M GOING TO TEACH YOU the dry milking penis exercise. Dry milking is basically a variation of jelqing, so we advise you to read about regular jelqing first, and then come back to this article. Now, what are the most obvious ADVANTAGES of dry milking compared to jelqing? Of course, that it is clean, and discrete, which some of you may find as very important, especially if you don’t have much privacy at home. You can do dry milking before you go to bed, after a shower, or just about ANY TIME you are left alone in a room for some time.
Now, a lot of guys who were wondering does the size matter, asked me to review this particular technique, which told me that it is both POPULAR and EFFECTIVE. And my friend Nick agreed with me when I asked him about it. So, how does dry milking work?
It works basically the same way as jelqing – by pushing an increased amount of blood into the spongy tissue of your penis. By continually repeating dry milking, penis tissue will stretch to become LARGER. And, in time, as your penis grows in length, it will allow more blood to fill the space, and will let the penis to thicken, too. Dry milking will INCREASE the size of your penis by couple of inches (this varies from person to person). But, you must do this exercise properly. You have to allow your penis some resting time (just like with regular muscles that you work out in the gym).
One thing that you MUST pay attention is finding the right erection. In the beginning you should work with around 75% erect penis, and in time find the right amount of erection for you. Don’t do it fully erected, because you will risk an injury. Also, don’t do it without erection, because it won’t have any effect then.
So, how do you guys do dry milking?
First, you got to warm up. (we told you how before, be sure to find it if you didn’t read it)
Get the penis in about 75% erect state.
You should apply a moderate grip on your penis. Your hand is supposed to look like you’re giving an OK sign with it (your thumb and pointer finger are put together). Place the grip very close to pubic bone .
Apply the pressure to the grip and carefully move it to the upper part of the penis. Be sure that you don’t feel pain at any time, but also be sure that the grip is strong enough.
We advise you to stop the grip exactly before you reach your glans (you do now want dry milk your glans). Spend couple of seconds to each repetition.
You will probably have some troubles in the beginning, as your penis will want to become more erect. You might even feel the urge to ejaculate. If so, simply hold the head of a penis until the erection goes back to about 75%.
In the first week, don’t do this exercise for more than 10 minutes a day. Gradually increase that time up to 30 minutes.

Penis Exercises – Kegel (PC) Exercise

How do you do the Kegel? You do it by contracting your PC muscle (it is the muscle you can use when stopping the flow during urination). Contract your PC muscle now, and try to hold it as long as you can. If you can’t hold it for more that couple of seconds, your PC muscle is weak. But don’t worry, you can IMPROVE your results quickly, just by regularly doing the Kegel.
Great thing about this exercise is that you can do it almost ANYWHERE, almost ANY TIME! You can do it in the bus, in the shower, while you sit in work, even while walking. Just be sure to rest your muscle, so do Kegel exercise every other day!
For a first couple of weeks, do about 50 to 60 Kegels every other day (by contracting PC muscle for couple of seconds – DEPENDING on your PC muscle strength). After that, increase number of repetitions, and increase time of contracting. Work up to ten minutes a day. If you try kegeling while jelqing or dry milking, you will improve the effect of each exercise, but you should avoid doing this for first couple of weeks.
